Clare County Animal Shelter is an official animal control and outreach facility.
They take in both stray and surrendered animals, working tirelessly to reunite pets with their owners and offer loving homes to those in need. Providing adoption services for dogs and cats, low-cost or free spay/neuter programs, and public education on responsible pet care . Special funding, including a recent $10,000 grant,
supports their surgical suite to address a backlog in spay/neuter services —
helping to promote community-wide animal wellness.
